Coach Cogan is entering his 13th season as the women's basketball coach at Fairmont . Cogan led the Firebirds to their 3rd consecutive State Final Four appearance last season, ending in a loss in the championship game.  He improved his all-time coaching record to 218-75 with a 24-4 mark last season. Under Cogan, Fairmont has won seven district championships and five GWOC titles. Cogan has been selected OHSAA Coach of the year once, GWOC Coach of the Year four times and Dayton Daily News Coach of the Year three times. Tim teaches physical education at Fairmont and resides in Beavercreek with his wife, Brenda, and their four children, Lexi, Joseph, Matthew, and Carly.

Coach Nissen is entering his 13th season as the head varsity assistant coach.  He has been Coach Cogan's assistant since Tim took over the program.  During this time they have compiled a record of 218 - 75, won three regional titles, seven district titles, and five GWOC championships.  Chris works for Health Plus Technologies and resides in Centerville with his wife, Tracey, and their two daughters, Samantha and Rachel.

Jennifer is entering her sixth year as a coach at Fairmont, and third as a full-time varsity assistant.  She graduated from Fairmont in 2005 and was a key member of the 2004 & 2005 district championship teams.  Jennifer began her college career playing basketball at the University of Findlay for two years. She lives in Kettering with her husband Justin McVicar.
