Bob Foster comes to Boardman from St Francis DeSales High School in Columbus where he was a state qualifier and member of the 1971 State Championship Stallions. He has been a registered OHSAA Official for over 25 years and began his tenure at Boardman in 2001.

Jerry Pasquale started coaching in the Boardman Schools in 1982 and is previously teh Head High School Coach for 16 years. He led the Spartans to an 8th place finish at the OHSAA State Tournament in 1997 which is the highest in school history.
