The newsletter feature is the ultimate way to

feature allows users to "sign-up" directly on
your website by submitting their email address to you.
Once the email is in the system you can then send out
email newsletter or anouncements to all that have signed
up. Also user will be put into categories which allow
you to send targeted messages at the click of a button.
You can also export the mailing information of the registered
users for traditional mailings. This feature is the ultimate

Hosting
Hosting is basically a service which allows your web page to be seen by other people on the Internet. It is done by putting all your web site files (i.e. content, graphics, an so on) on a special computer called a server. With FCP Sports you will have worry free hosting on fast reliable servers. Hosting is included with each package.
Unlimited Bandwidth
What is Bandwidth? Bandwidth is hard to explain but try to think of it like this, each time a file like a page or image is loaded from a site, it is using a certain amount of resources or bandwidth from the computer or server it is on. Most hosting companies charge for you for the amount of bandwidth you use. With FCP Sports you get unlimited bandwidth with each package we offer.
Unique Web Site Name
This is the first thing that visitors see when visiting your site. Proudly display the name of your team or organization big and bold at the top of each and every page.
Domain Name
What is a domain name? A domain names offer an intuitive way to name and find a web site. Each domain name replaces a string of meaningless numbers (an IP address) with a simple word or expression, such as www.yahoo.com . Choose your domain name and we'll take care of purchasing and setting it up.
Custom Header Design
Each web site comes with a standard header at the top of your web site that will display an image of your sport followed by your web site name. If you don't want the standard header we can create you a custom header that will proudly display your mascot or logo to make your site truly unique.
Simple Online Administration
Add , edit, or update your web site from any computer with an internet connection and Internet Explorer 5.0 or greater. No special software required! No HTML needed! You will receive a user name and password to log into your web site. From there you will be able to add new content or make changes to existing content from anywhere. Access your web site 24/7!
Password Security
Your web site will be secured with a specific username and password assigned to you by FCP Sports. You will need to log into your web site to edit or add information. Your unique username and password protect your web site from others changing the content of your web site without your permission.
Easy Editor
Editing your web site has NEVER been easier. You have full control over the content of your web site. Each page includes our Easy Editor that has a number of features such as: copy and paste, undo and redo changes, insert tables, edit tables, insert rows and columns, insert images or files, flush content left, center, or right, and more!! Using the Easy Editor is similar to writing an email or using a word processing software such as Microsoft Word.
Home Page
The home page is where it all starts. Your home page will include links to all the pages of your web site along with a featured article that can be changed daily, along with upcoming events and latest results that update automatically. Also include an athlete of the week and featured coach on your home page with an option to hide these two features.
Choose Font Styles, color, and Sizes
Take control over the look of your web site. Through our Easy editor you can choose your fonts, the size of your fonts, and the color of your fonts. Also you have the ability to underline, bold, and italicize your fonts.
Custom Site Colors
Control and change the color of your web site to fit with your school colors.
Photos
Enhance your site, excite your players and their parents, and build interest in your team or league by posting pictures. Add pictures to your news articles, player and coaches profiles, home page and more!
Up-Loadable Documents
Documents such as fliers, sign up sheets, PDF's, brochures, MS Word files, and more. Add documents to your news articles, player and coaches profiles or just about any page on your web site.
Multi-User Access
A username/password combination is needed to get you into the “Admin Area" to make site changes. But we understand you're not the only one who needs to update the site. Your coaches should be able to create a schedule, add game scores, create player profiles, etc. With FCP Sports this is not a problem. You'll be able to create as many user accounts as you'd like. You will receive an administrative username and password. Using this login, you can create user accounts as needed and assign the new account(s) to certain sections of the web site.
Supports Multiple Sections
FCP sports allows you to create different sections to help organize your web site. Sections are NOT pages but a way to help you organize the pages on your website. The sections will appear on the left side of your web site separating the "navigation".
Manage Sections
You have full control over your web site. With the “manage sections” function you will have the ability to change the position, hide or un-hide, all the sections of your web site. So if you have a seasonal section you can hide that section while it is inactive then un-hide it when you need it.
Manage Links
Want to move your links? Want to hide certain links? The manage links section allows you to control the links on your web site by changing their position or order. It also allows you to hide and un-hide certain links and pages whenever you like.
News (Unlimited Articles)
With FCP Sports you can write articles that will show up in your “News” section or have them show up on your site's home page as the featured article. Articles become a very powerful tool for communicating with your players and parents. Need a printable sign up sheet? Post it as an article. Want parents to have driving directions and start times for a specific event? Post it as an article. Include photos with each article!
Automatic Archiving
Once your news articles pass a specified date they will be archived into another page for visitors to read about past events.
Latest News
What's new? Your visitor will quickly find out. The home page of your web site will display the headline of your latest news articles. You can easily set the number of latest news headlines to be displayed on the home page. The news article headlines will link to a page displaying the full story, and all new articles will automatically be displayed on your homepage as they are written.
Featured Article
Want to highlight a specific event, player, or accomplishment? Create a featured article. Your home page will display an article that you define and will include a summary along with an image, and a link to the full story. This will be displayed prominently at the top center of your web site.
Roster
List your team's roster and organize them by grade level, age, ability or anyway you like. Each player will be linked to a player profile page.
Player Profiles
Create your own player profiles that includes player's picture, height, weight, age, statistics, bio and highlights. Each player in your roster will have their own profile.
Athlete of the Week
Did you have a player exceed all expectations? Did someone have a great game? Reward and highlight players by displaying them as an athlete of the week. Include the player's photo, name, grade, personal interests and athletic accomplishments with an option to display the athlete of the week on the home page.
Coach Profiles
Let your visitor get to know your coaching staff by your coaches profiles. Each Profile will include the coach's picture, years of experience, bio and highlights. Each coach will have their own profile.
Schedule
Display your schedule for each team, including start times and the opponent. A summary of the schedule will automatically be shown on you home page under the “Upcoming Events” section.
Upcoming Events
Users will quickly and easily be able to see what events are just around the corner or happening today or tomorrow. A number of upcoming events will be displayed on your home. You control how many events are displayed at one time. Your upcoming events section will automatically update as events pass.
Results/Scores
Display you team's results after the event or as the game is being played. Show the box score and write a game recap up for visitors to read about all the highlights. A summary of the results will be shown on you home page under the “Latest Results” section.
Latest Results
Display the results of your latest game or event on your home page. You can set the number of results to be displayed, and your results will automatically update as events pass.
Custom Pages
Custom pages allow you to create your own page. Include any information you want on these pages along with the ability to create links to other site or include downloadable files .
Photo Gallery
Upload photos and organize them into categories that you create for visitors to view.
Downloads Gallery
Upload important forms and files for players, parents or fans. Upload all types of files from MS Word to sound files. Organize them into categories that you create.
Storage Space
All sites come with storage space for files and images. The storage space is included in the cost of your package, and if you are running out of storage space you can always buy more!
Web Site Usage Stats
Get up to the minute, daily/monthly reports on the number of visitors viewing your site. You can also see what pages are being viewed most.
