My name is Roger West and I am in my 26th year teaching for Buford City Schools. I am also the head coach for Buford's swim team. I am married to June and we have two children. Cortland is a freshman at Gainesville State and Colby is in 11th grade at Buford High School. I coached the varsity teams my first year teaching and for the past seven years. I played varsity tennis all four years that I attended North Gwinnett and have played ALTA and USTA for years. I also have given private lessons at my home and have coached in numerous camps in Buford and Cumming. I feel fortunate to have as my assistant coaches, Kelly DeLoach, Bobby Dubay and Katie McBryant. This is Kelly's third year and the first for Katie and Bobby. I really appreciate all their help.

Kelly DeLoach is married to Ryan and they have two children, Cameron (12) and Kennedy (9). This is Coach Kelly's fifth year working with the high school teams. She enjoyed watching her mother play tennis over the years and decided to begin playing in high school. After graduating from the University of Georgia, Coach Kelly began playing ALTA and has been playing ever since. She currently plays on an A-4 ALTA Women's and Mixed Doubles team. She has been teaching school for 21 years and this is her 6th year teaching at Buford.
