Buford won their third consecutive state championship with a convincing 9-0 victory in 5 innings over a game Rockmart squad from region 7-AA.  Karly Fullem picked up her third win of the tournament by hurling her 3rd shutout of the tournament in route to the victory.  Alysha Rudnik went 3-3 with a solo homer, a double and a single and 3 RBI's.
