The Georgia Dugout Club is hosting a series of summer showcases to promote fastpitch softball in the state. We are evlatuating players (2012 rising freshman-rising seniors) at 9 different host sites in May and June. After the 9 host site showcases the GADC will select the top 80 showcase participants to compete in the Elite 80 showcase at Twin Creeks Park in Woodstock July 11,2012.
Once the Elite 80 players have been chosen from the 9 showcases, the athletes will be divided into teams for the Elite 80 event amd participate in games. The GADC will provide a program with contact information on each of the athletes for college coaches that attend the Elite 80 showcase on July 11^th. Additionally, the GADC website (georgiadugoutclub.com) can be accesssed by all college coaches so that they have contact information on all players that participated in any of the 9 showcases leading up to the Elite 80 games in July. It is the goal of the GADC to provide the college coach with additonal resources for recruiting athletes in Georgia.
We are inviting college coaches from all over the southeast to attend the Elite 80 competeion and to witness some of the best fastpitch softball talent in Georgia. The dates and locations of the 9 original evaluations sites are listed below. The cost of the showcase is $105.00 and there is no additional fee for qualifying for the Elite 80 showcase in July. If the student-athlete is selected for the Elite 80, not only will they participate in the games in front of college coaches, they will receive a t-shirtm bag, and other gear from the GADC as acknowledgement of their selection.
We encourage you to register online to help us better service the scouts that attend these events. Registering online will also allow you to have an online profile for scouts to view. Onsite registration will be allowed starting at 8:30 on the day of the showcase.
The cost to participate in one of these events will be $105 if you register online www.georgiadugoutclub.com through PayPal. This is non-refundable. Onsite registration will be $110 and all checks should be made out to the Georgia Dugout Club.

Player Profiles:Each player that participates in the Georgia Underclassman Event will have an online player profile that houses the players Contact Information, Academic Information, Transcript, Game Schedule, Athletic Information, Highlight Video, Season by Season Statistics and their Elite 80 Evaluation which is done by the College Scout Committee. Also players will have access to hundreds of coaches in the College Database to send out their Profile.

Recruiting Tools for Coaches: Coaches that have players that attend the Georgia Underclassman Event can sign up for a Free Coach Account on www.ultimaterecruitingtool.com. The GADC Elite 80 Showcases has partnered with Ultimate Recruiting Tool to save coaches time and gives them a tool to promote their players.
