1.      ***Online entry of ALL runners must be completed.  http://ga.milesplit.com/meets/98206  Runners not entered with not have a timing chip or race bid so please make sure you enter everyone, that includes JV runners.

2.      Visiting teams can set up their tents on the opposite end of the stadium from the scoreboard.  Use the outside grassy areas.

3.      Races Times: Varsity Boys 3:45pm, Varsity Girls 4:15pm, 4:45pm JVB, 5:20 JVG  Awards will follow after all runners/races have finished.

4.      We will have restrooms open on both the visitor’s side and home side.  Please tell your fans to use the home side as there are more to use and won’t interfere with race path.

5.      We will have a full concession stand open on the home side of the stadium.

6.      We will have a t-shirt vendor available for anyone who wishes to purchase a shirt.  The design will be emailed to all coaches later this week.  The vendor will be down on the track.

7.      Check in for the teams to pick up packets will be available around 3pm.  We will have a tent set up for you to pick up maps, pins, race bids, and timing chips. 

8.      Results will be posted on the tunnel wall next to the football field as they come in.  Also the results will be posted on www.gatfxc.com

9.      Few last reminders and request to each team, please use the trash cans and trash bags provided to clean up your team area before you leave.  Also, please help us keep people off the football field.
