Jake Burnette worked 5 innings and the Wolves banged out 13 hits to defeat Johns Creek 13-5 at Gerald McQuaig field Wednesday.  Burnette (3-1), allowed 2 earned runs on 6 hits, with 4 strikeouts and 1 walk.  Sam Clay pitched 2 scoreless innings to finish the game, with 5 strikeouts, 2 hits and 1 walk.

Offensively, Adam Schrader went 3-3, Dylan Stowe went 2-3,  and James Nix went 2-2 with a HR.  Brandon Kinzel added a double, Brian Clark singled, Kyler Berrett had a single, Cameron Crawford singled and Tyler White homered for the Wolves baseball team.

Buford is now 17-7 and 7-4 in region play.
